In high school Eric played soccer, basketball, and ran track. He was a popular person with a lot of friends. He is now in his freshman year taking courses in a top pre-medical program. He has had a stressful semester, given the demands of his program. He has made friends in his classes but is not actively social outside of class. He does not drink alcohol but does not watch what he eats, either. He has gained weight and is feeling exhausted all the time. With what you have learned about connecting the mind, body, and spirit, provide six strategies you would recommend to improve his overall wellness.
